FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Do you have a storefront?  We do not have a storefront.  We are strictly an online business. 
2. Where are you located?  We are located on the east coast in Annapolis, Maryland.
3. I live in the area - can I pick up my stuff?  Unfortunately, we are not set up for merchandise pick-up or delivery.  If you need your stuff fast - we do have expedited shipping.  As well, a lot of our items ship via USPS Priority Mail which just takes 2 days in transit.  If you order early enough in the day (before noon EST) your order is likely to ship the same day!
4. I need my stuff fast - can you get it here when I need it?  Absolutely!  We have standard, 3 day, 2 day and overnight shipping available.  You can choose the appropriate method at checkout.  Also, you can write a note in the comments box at checkout as to when you need your things and we'll do our best to accommodate.
5. Do you offer wholesale?  Yes, we do have some wholesale.  Please refer to our Wholesale information page for more details.
6. Do you offer two sided printing on your custom stones?  No, the printing can only be done on one side.
7. I am sending my order as a gift.  Can you include a note in the package?  Of course - just write a note in the comments box at checkout and we'll include it, no problem.
8. What is your return policy?  We will gladly take back any items in as-shipped condition within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise credit.  After 14 days and up to 30 days we'll charge you a 30% restocking fee.  After 30 days the items are yours!  Custom signs and custom stones are all sales final.
9. Where can I get some coupons?  Log in as a customer - this will automatically put you on our email list and periodically we send out newsletters with special savings and sale announcements.  Also, when you place an order you will receive a coupon in the package!
10. Is this item in stock?  Generally speaking, all of the items you see online are in-stock.  Some of the sale items might be closeouts and quantities will be limited. 
11. How fast do you ship?  Generally most items ship within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.  This does not include any custom signs.
12. Is your site secure?  YES!  Our site is very secure.  We have enabled ControlScan which is a website security system that monitors our site constantly to make sure we are 100% Hacker Safe.
