Returns and Damaged Products

***Returns are no problem! If you get something and it’s just not working for you, return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and we’ll refund the merchandise price, no questions asked. (Items must be returned in as-shipped condition.) Please use the shipping service most convenient to you. If we receive a return beyond 14 days of receipt, there is a 30% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days will not be refunded or returned.

***This does not apply to custom or special order signs. ALL custom and special order items are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS. Special order items includes large stone and token orders over 500 pieces.

Did something arrive damaged? Please keep all packing materials and box and notify us immediately - damages MUST be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will ship out replacement merchandise to you ASAP, and have the damaged items picked up by our shipper. DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER 7 DAYS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED.
